Today, I selected one of the 10 customer profiles I had been working on to create a customer profile layout. The people I interviewed had a different style each other, and I picked the customer named Oren, who I liked the most and enjoyed the most.
During the interview, oren gave detailed answers about his interests, thoughts about fashion, so there was no problem at all in filling out the customer profile. However, when creating the layout of the profile, I always felt difficulties. I worry about which layout looks cool, but I don’t know how to do it when I make it. Today’s class was with giles, and I explained the reason why I choosing this customer for my project, and started making a profile in earnest. Once I had an outline for the layout I wanted and was thinking about it, giles confirmed my layout and made some modifications, and the layout was definitely better than before and improved readability. I was satisfied with my work, and it felt good to see my friends around me looking at my profile and saying that I was cool. Obviously, no matter what kind of work you make, the layout plays a huge role, and I think I have to practice developing a sense of how to make awesome layout. If I look at some more examples and practice, I will be to create a better layout than before.
I have to use the customer profile for product design in the next class, and since there is something I want to sell for sure, it seems to increase the clarity of what I want to make. When I was got the task of interviewing 10 customers for the first time, I did not understand why I had to do this, but after completing it, I think I will understand the purpose of this homework.
